Product Overview
The Corghi EyeLight Plus DiagnosticLine is a fully automatic diagnostic wheel balancer for passenger car and light commercial wheels. Laser sensors and machine vision detect wheel dimensions without contact, and the machine clamps the wheel, closes the guard and positions it for weight fitting automatically.
A touchscreen interface guides the operator through each stage, a built-in dot laser shows exactly where adhesive weights go, and diagnostics check eccentricity, wheel drift and tread depth. Corghi’s Weight Management Plus can cut counterweight use by up to 30%.
